Accurate testing of car components and processes to realize driving pleasure. A car is a complex unit of components that have to function perfectly as individual components and together with the other components. ES International tests and measures the separate systems for accuracy, safety and handling through a hardware-in-the-look test. By building a virtual driving environment, ES International can, for example, extensively test the transmission, the ABS braking system or the efficiency of the airbags of a car in all fields. The handling and the external circumstances (geographical and climatologic) are perfectly simulated. The handling of the car is tested on various levels.

To make the handling pleasant, airflow and air-conditioning are tested under various air and temperature circumstances.

The collaboration between the various processes, pressures, dimensions and frequencies are extensively tested using highly sophisticated applications.

Last but not least, ES International supports R&D departments together with the measurement systems.
