It is with great pleasure that we are able to inform you that ES International NV, Hasselt has completed the acquisition of CIT Engineering NV, Geel. With this acquisition the group has expanded to over 40 employees based over four business sites in Belgium, The Netherlands and Poland. We can now proudly state that we are the market leader within Benelux for the development and building of application specific PC based test and measurement systems.
With this extended team we are able to offer additional capacity, expertise and service to you and consequently our possibilities for project realizations and quality of service grows significantly.
This acquisition is in line with ES International’s strategic direction for targeted expansion. It is the groups’ ambition to grow towards an international orientated company with a central engineering department and several application specific business units.
We will continue to strive towards the extension of our business relationship with our customers with one goal in mind to strengthen our customers’ positions by optimizing the quality of their products.

On Thursday the 5th of June CIT Engineering (together with National Instruments) will organize the traditional LabVIEW On Site. This event will take place at Bemt-building in Geel.
